UW Health's annual compliance training was a well-known headache, forcing learners to click through page after page of dry, repetitive information that barely changed from year to year. When I took over the compliance training program, I redesigned it from the ground up to create interesting and engaging interactions to draw the learner in. This simple drag-and-drop interaction is one of the new slides from that course that got a lot of positive feedback from across the organization. Learners loved the interesting way that content was revealed, which made the somewhat dry content more interesting and fun, especially for learners whose role wasn't clinical.
