Innovative Training, Measurable Results
Sarah Newman
Instructional Designer & Elearning Developer
Hi! I'm Sarah Newman, and I use my diverse, creative background to design and develop engaging, instructionally-sound training and performance support for adults in the workplace, the college classroom, and - believe it or not - even the roller derby track.
As a professional, I am passionate about creating training programs that meet the audience's needs and incorporate meaningful interaction. I've fallen in love with the instructional design field, and I'm so grateful to have found a career that allows me to help others while also having a creative outlet.
As a leader, I strive to lead by example and through mutual respect. Every member of a team can contribute at a high level, and it's my job to help bring out the best in each member of my team.
As a human, I believe in being upfront, honest, kind, and thankful. Outside of the office, I love to play roller derby, read, play ukulele and guitar, knit and crochet, hike, and spend as much time outdoors as possible.
